We are committed to a sustainable future. Our goal is to give materials the longest possible life by recycling and transforming them into something new.
We take pride in using recycled mattresses as a foundational material for a range of versatile products. This approach allows us to give waste a second life and contribute to the future.
In collaboration with various partners, including Retourmatras, we strive for an environmentally friendly future. Retourmatras recycles used mattresses, providing new raw materials. With these raw materials, we create different products for various applications.
Below, you can see the recycling process:
RetourMatras collects old mattresses and recycles them into new raw materials, including the PU foam. From the foam, a new product called Aslon Refoam is created. Aslon Refoam is used as a shock pad under grass fields and sports mats, underlay in homes and project floors, and as sound-absorbing material in construction.
